WS#29 LÆS MERE

WS#29 Rapid prototyping:
IoT wireless Plant Sensor
INDHOLD: The workshop will teach you how to build a wireless Plant Sensor that tells you when your
plant needs attention using the Internet-of-Things. The sensor can capture data from the environment
around a plant like soil moisture, air humidity and light intensity and send the data to your smartphone
using Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
The workshop includes soldering all the components together onto a PCB, Using Arduino to flash
code onto the device and then making an app using Blynk.
The skills acquired in this workshop are related to connecting the physical (hardware) world to the d
igital (software/apps). The learnings from this workshop can be transferred to building any type of
device that is made using the Arduino ecosystem.
MÅLGRUPPE ELEVER:
Secondary school teachers. The workshop is meant to train teachers
of secondary school students (9th to 11th Grade)
